Coles Trout Smoked

Salmon Melt

INGREDIENTS:

•  2 tins Coles Trout Smoked Salmon Buy Here

•  ¼ cup mayonnaise

•  ¼ cup chopped dill

•  8 slices whole-grain bread

•  4 slices of white cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees or Panini Press. Open the tins, drain the salmon and flake it with a fork in a medium bowl. Mix in the mayonnaise and dill.  Evenly divide the fish among the slices of bread and cover with the cheese.  If using oven, place on a baking sheet and bake until the cheese is melted and the salmon is warmed through, about 8 minutes.  If using a Panini press, simply press until the cheese is melted and the bread is toasted to desired color. Makes 4 Sandwiches.
