Soft Tacos with Cole’s Tuna

Ingredients:

- 1 Bunch of Cilantro

- 1 Avocado

- 2 Small Red Chili Peppers

- Handful of Pepita Seeds

- 6 oz. of Queso Fresco

- 2 Tins of Cole’s Pole & Line Caught Tuna in Olive Oil

- Package of Soft Corn or Flour Tortillas

Directions:

Dice the chili pepper and the avocado. Rip the leaves off the cilantro. Open the tin Cole’s Pole & Line Caught Tuna in Olive Oil. Assemble tacos. Avocado, chili pepper, tuna, cilantro, queso fresco, and pepita seeds. Makes 6 tacos.
